Saturday, July 24, 2010 – Evening Technique Workshop & Dance

If you've ever had trouble turning (can't complete the turn fast enough, get dizzy, etc.), had trouble leading or following a move, or just feel you could use some practice, this workshop will benefit you!  The class will focus on frame, leverage and compression, turn technique, and ways to move your body...  

Warm up for the dance with some technique.... 

7:15pm - Technique class (spins/turns, frame, lead/follow, body movement)

COST:  $10/person

LOCATION:  Canadian-Italian Club, 770 Lawrence Avenue, Kelowna

An evening dance will follow this 7:15pm workshop, and will include a beginner two step lesson at 8:30pm.  The cost for the evening dance is $9 per person.
